I am currently working with a high end residential developer in order to source a Customer Service Manager to join their team to be based on Site in East London
As the Customer Service Manager it is your responsbility to ensure that Customers recieve a 5* service from they reserve a plot to the point of the end fo warranty to ensure a good score on the NHBC surveys
Day to day duties:
* Dealing with escalated customer complaints
* Conducting handover inspections
* Ensuring that all paperwork is filed into the customer profile
* Liaising with the site staff to ensure you are up to date with the process of the build
* Creating welcome packs
* Arranging key handover
* Ensuring a smooth transaction for the customer from the relations to the care team
You must have at least 1 years experience in a customer service manager role working within construction to be considered for this role
