This role is to understanding the current Digital and Technology footprint and rationale within the contract. The Technology Lead would need to identifies and roadmap future Tech development, risk & investment. Also conducts MI analysis & trending, explains impacts & provides proposals. Build a positive relationship with key partner technology suppliers and understand the products and new/future development. Create a confident horizontal working & influence with Three stakeholders
vBuilds and maintains strong relationships to proactively manage key technology suppliers
vAct as an escalation to resolve any problems along side the suppliers
vMonitor services and suppliers and ensure that the required standards are maintained ensuring SLA's & KPI's are achieved for both planned and reactive tasks.
vReview meetings to be held regularly with suppliers
vReview and report on PPM checks to meeting rooms, AV and other building technology
vAct upon reasonable requests and instructions from Contract Manager and Client.
vReview proposals and obtain the best costing on new solutions
vReview current contract pricing and ensure it is competitive
vHold meetings and collaborative workshops to drive new innovations
vSupport to projects and ownership of workstreams linked to property projects
vCreation of case studies from activities completed on site e.g. via innovation, technology, communication, training, sustainability etc
vSupport in new projects, as well as being able to implement insights from mapping our client journey, client feedback scoring and regularly sampling every aspect of our service interactions and engagement.
vSupport the implementation and ongoing day to day management of operational technology
vSupport drawing of a project plans and follow through to project completion of the delivery of technology
vReporting and analysis
vTo complete all E Learning modules on time and with no manager escalation
vCarry out training for the team of all technology based applications
vTo be a champion and advocate for CBRE four key values, which serve as the foundation
vComplete monthly reviews of supplier via MySupplier.
vTo form part of OOH escalation call plan.
vTo work reasonable overtime as and when required.
