Hydrographic Surveyor x2
Are you looking for a new contract assignment with a leading international developer working in a wide range of offshore wind projects in Europe as an Hydrographic Surveyor?
The suitable candidates would be required ASAP until the end of September 2021 (3 month contract) with a view to extend depending upon project and you will be responsible for gathering, processing and distribution of survey information on board the client's vessels.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- In charge of data collection during operations onboard
- Records the results of survey in clear reports and documents
- Day-to-day maintenance of the survey equipment in accordance with the maintenance instructions and Survey department guidelines
- Reports to Chief Surveyor onboard
- Preferable a Bachelor Degree
- At least 4 years work experience as a Surveyor on comparable projects
- A good command of English, spoken and written
- You're an analyitical and accurate worker
- Valid Passport
- Seafarer Medical
- Offshore Medical
- [BOSIET] or [STCW BST] or [GWO SS + GWO FA + GWO FAw]
- Security Awareness (ISPS)
- National Seaman Book
- Full MLC document requirements
The rate is negotiable and would be dependent upon experience. Contract for 3 months, starting ASAP based upon 84 hours per week.
