How coursework is evaluated:
Successful completion of an Associate's degree earned from a California Community College or a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution can be used to meet the SBCC general education degree requirement.
Cal-GETC, IGETC or CSU general education requirements are another option to fulfill general education requirements for an Associate in Arts or an Associate in Science degree. However, we cannot evaluate an Associate or Bachelors' degree toward these requirements; we can only evaluate it toward the SBCC general education degree requirement.
