Please do not send cash or any correspondence in the payment envelope. 91¾«Æ· cannot be held liable for missing cash payments or crediting to your account record.

To make sure your check is processed quickly and accurately, do not staple anything to the payment stub or check. Please include your account number with your payment.

If you need to know how much you owe or when we received your payment, you can view your account information online or with our mobile app using My Account. It takes just a few minutes to enroll, and you’ll have access to your current balance and 36 months of payment and bill history.

Where is my nearest Western Union® Convenience Pay® agent outlet?

Agent outlets are conveniently located in many stores. To find one near you, use Western Union’s  or call them at 1-800-551-8001.

Is there a fee to use this service?

The fee to process a transaction is just $1.25. The transaction fee is charged by Western Union® Convenience Pay® to cover fees and costs associated with handling payments up to $2,500.

How does Convenience Pay® work?

Take your bill and cash, check or money order to a nearby participating Western Union® Convenience Pay® agent location. You will receive a transaction receipt once your transaction has been completed.

Western Union® Convenience Pay® payments are posted to your account within two business days. If you are paying due to a disconnect notice, call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-ALLIANT (800-255-4268) with your Western Union® Convenience Pay® confirmation number so we can note it on your account.

91¾«Æ· is part of the Speedpay network. If you’re used to paying bills with Speedpay, you can add 91¾«Æ· as a biller. Fees apply for Iowa customers.

Fees

Speedpay charges a convenience fee for each transaction. Fees vary by state. Iowa customers will pay:

• $2.99 per $600 transaction for residential customers

• $11.50 per $2,000 transaction for business customers*
  * Not all business customers may be eligible. Please contact your Key Account Manager for eligibility requirements.

Before you make a Speedpay payment, please note:

Speedpay payments are posted to your account within three business days. If you are paying due to a disconnect notice, call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-ALLIANT (800-255-4268) with your Speedpay confirmation number so we can note it on your account.

Speedpay does NOT allow duplicate payment amounts from the same bank account or card number on the same day.

Customers are limited to no more than three payments via Speedpay in any consecutive five-day period and a maximum of five payments in any consecutive 30-day period.

Your financial institution may offer a third-party bill pay service. Many financial institutions offer electronic payment services to their customers. Check with your bank for more details.

Pay your bill over the phone with a bank account. Call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-ALLIANT (800-255-4268) and say “Make a payment” to avoid waiting on hold.
